Autumn in New Zealand

Off to New Zealand in March, flying Emirates business class.  Very nice, very comfortable, great lounges, tho Auckland was very crowded.

ITINERY

Day 1.

Flight MEL-AKL, collect car at airport.

Drive to Hamilton, stay at Argent Motor Inn, takeaway dinner from Scoff.  Visited Hamilton Botanic Gardens, Motor Museum, lunched in their 50s themed diner.

Day 2

Drive to Waitomo, stopping at the Otorohangi Kiwi house. Stay at Waitomo Caves Hotel, faded grandeur, dinner at Huhu, brilliant food, casual vibe.
